Warranty Terms
These warranty terms apply to new Herman Miller products purchased from DesignCabinet for which a manufacturer's warranty is stated on the respective product page.
The consumer's statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected by this warranty. Exercising these statutory rights is free of charge and is not restricted by the warranty.
Warranty Period
For accordingly marked new Herman Miller products, the manufacturer's warranty is 12 years from receipt of the goods.
Different warranty periods may apply to individual products, materials or components. The information provided on the respective product page and the full warranty terms of Herman Miller shall apply.
Geographical Scope
The manufacturer's warranty applies worldwide to Herman Miller products covered by the warranty.

Making a Warranty Claim
If you wish to make a warranty claim for a product purchased from DesignCabinet, please contact:

Please provide your order or invoice number together with a brief description of the defect. Photos or videos may be requested where necessary in order to assess the issue.
DesignCabinet will then coordinate the further processing and handling of the warranty claim.

What the Warranty Covers
The manufacturer's warranty covers in particular defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. In the event of a valid warranty claim, affected products, parts or components will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the Herman Miller warranty terms. Replacement parts and labour are included within the applicable scope of the warranty.
In particular, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, misuse, modifications to the original product or damage caused by unsuitable storage or environmental conditions.
