Extended warranty

For refurbished Herman Miller models or Sample Chairs, you will typically get a one-year warranty. In case of a defect within the warranty period, we are the first point of contact for the repair or the complete replacement of the product. We also arrange the transport.

You have the option to extend your warranty for another year to 2 years if you would like to have the security for a longer period of time, that your professionally refurbished model will not incur any further costs in the event of a defect. Key of payment: 5% of gross retail price.

Please note: This is not a manufacturer's warranty. For this reason, only the Wexim Ltd. is in favor of the guarantee. The warranty for new models takes Herman Miller itself and is a whole 12 years. Here again, we are the first point of contact.
